Hello! My name is Sean Clark.  Welcome to Kitchen Compass!

With over 34 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have held every position in the restaurant from  Dishwasher to General Manager.  I am now the  Chief Operating Officer for a restaurant group of five concepts where I utilize not only my lifelong experience but my professional certifications.  I hold a degree in Fine Art as well as Pro Chef certification from the Culinary Institute America of Hyde Park, NY.

 

My passion for restaurants goes beyond just as a business, but as a cornerstone of our society where we can gather with one another and create an experience.   I believe in the power of hospitality not just to our customers but to one another, creating places where we can connect with one another and express ourselves through food and beverage. When executed with passion and professionalism we create not only a place where people want to spend their time but we provide satisfying jobs as well as profits.
