My name is Sean Clark and with over 34 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have held every position in the restaurant from Dishwasher to General Manager. I am now the Chief Operating Officer for a restaurant group of five concepts where I utilize my lifelong experience to build cohesive teams striving for strong and profitable operations with a heavy emphasis on positive culture. I’ve had the opportunity to cook in operations around the country and I draw on those experiences along with certification from the Culinary Institute America of Hyde Park, NY to bring insight from quick casual concepts to fine dining establishments.

My passion for restaurants goes beyond just as a business, but as a cornerstone of our society where we can gather with one another and create a shared experiences. I believe in the power of hospitality not just to our customers but to one another, creating places where we can connect with one and express ourselves through food and beverage. When executed with passion and professionalism we create not only a place where people want to spend time but we provide satisfying jobs as well as profits.
